About
"Returning to my Southern roots after so many years styling hair in New York City, Los Angeles and Miami is a full-circle, dream come true. So many of the looks that I have created over the last 25 years for countless celebrities, seen on red-carpets everywhere - including the Oscars, Emmys, Grammys and Golden Globes are now being requested by my salon clients, what fun!
Styling Paula Abdul's hair on AMERICAN IDOL and creating hairstyles for NFL cheerleaders are two favorite bookings. And, my first celeb-gig when I returned to the South was working as the Salon Artistic Director, Montage Inn Palmetto Bluff, South Carolina. The site of Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin's celebrity wedding.
I now create hairstyles for soccer-moms, retirees, girls-next-door and the occasional men's haircut. As a freelance hairstylist, working on-location, working in a salon, teaching classes to young stylists and developing my product line all keep me super busy.
I will always cherish working in NYC and Hollywood, but being back in the South is awesome.
Before hair, I studied journalism at the University of Georgia. At some point, I plan to write a smart, poignant and laugh-out-loud book celebrating my wanderlust journey in the beauty biz.
My working title, "Solving the problems of the world one bombshell at a time!"

"I was blown away with the fashion scene of the 80's & 90's. Moving to New York City and working as a model opened the door to the celebrity world of hairstyling"
